Mother’s Day Mug Workshop – Terms & Conditions

By booking a place at this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

• All workshops must be booked in advance via the booking link.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, tickets are transferable to another child — please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s details.

• In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.

Attendance & Supervision

• Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times during the workshop.

• This is a relaxed, creative session and parental supervision is required, especially for younger children.

Workshop Details

• All materials needed for the workshop are provided.

• Each child will design one mug and decorate one gift box during the session.

• Mugs are professionally pressed on the day and will be finished and gift-ready to take home.

• Health & Safety

  • Every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury during the workshop, except where required by law.

  • Any spillages or breakages caused by attendees may be chargeable.

  Venue & Refreshments

  • The workshop takes place at The Dolphin, Oldland Common.

  • Food and drinks are available to purchase separately from the venue and are not included in the workshop price.

  Photography

  • Photos may be taken during the workshop for marketing and social media purposes.

  • If you do not wish for your child to be included in photographs, please inform the organiser on arrival.

  Personalisation

  • Due to the handmade nature of the workshop, slight variations in design and finish may occur. These are part of the creative process and not considered faults.

    General

    • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or ask attendees to leave if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

    • These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

• This is a child-led creative workshop. Finished designs will vary and perfection is not expected.
